The precise calculation of the amount of rent that the commercial tenant is obliged to pay is based on the turnover obtained and the percentage value included in the lease agreement. The functioning of the SAP component in the scope of settlement of the rent from turnover is possible only after entering the following data:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>total turnover or with division into assortment,<\/li>\n<li>the contractually agreed percentage of net revenue,<\/li>\n<li>frequency of settlement of rent from turnover (monthly, semi-annually, quarterly, annually).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row column_structure=&#8221;3_5,2_5&#8243; admin_label=&#8221;Wiersz&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.4.8&#8243;][et_pb_column type=&#8221;3_5&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;4.4.8&#8243;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.5.1&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p>Turnover rental settlement includes information about over or underpayment for the settlement period, which is determined by the terms of the lease. It shall be recorded in the company&#8217;s financial accounts. In addition, the SAP system allows for the introduction of a cumulative settlement from turnover, thanks to which only after a certain time the tenant will have to bear additional costs. SAP also generates correspondence related to the turnover rental settlement, including e.g. details of this settlement and reminders about missing turnover information from the tenant.<\/p>\n<p>Consilios IT conducted a comprehensive implementation of this SAP functionality.
