This includes, for example, expenses for waste disposal, regular cleaning work, water supply, lighting, sewerage, ongoing maintenance and repairs necessary to keep the building in good condition and building insurance. Preparing the settlement of the above costs is complicated and requires compliance with the applicable legal regulations.<\/p>\n<p>The implementation of the function of settling service charges in SAP RE-FX is a part of our company&#8217;s services. A lot of data influences the reliable operation of this function. The basis is formed by correct basic data. Moreover, the necessary initial settings depend on the information contained in the lease agreement. During the settlement of service charges, the resulting costs are compared with paid advances. In addition, over payments or underpayments are calculated, new shares for tenants are determined and information for printing out correspondence with tenants is prepared. In accordance with the customer&#8217;s needs, we have integrated media settlement with additional settlement conditions, which are used during the lease of commercial space. These are the conditions for sharing additional costs between the tenant and the property owner. The Consilios IT project included the construction of a system for creating such negotiable conditions, its integration with SAP RE-FX applications, development of cost calculation with the same accuracy as in the case of standard media settlement and the possibility to adjust the percentage share in the costs in the lease agreement.
