SAP ERP offers its users free SAP Content Server. It is an independent component of the system, used to store electronic documents. The content and format of documents are irrelevant. SAP Content Server acts as a central interface to all SAP modules and is suitable for small and medium data volumes. The repositories organize the archive according to the wishes and requirements of customers. The most important advantages of SAP ArchiveLink include, among others, storing documents in accordance with legal regulations, efficient retrieval of essential documents, avoiding unnecessary duplication of original documents, limiting manual processing.<\/p>\n
