Every business matter affecting the balance sheet and profit and loss account is booked in this module or transferred to it. The data flow between SAP FI and other components of the system is characterized by automatic updating, which means that it is open and integrated. Data on financial accounting is available in real time. The information that allows to prepare the SAP FI module has a significant impact on strategic decisions in the company.<\/p>\n

The SAP system runs auxiliary ledgers and general ledger, which is the basis for the balance sheet and profit and loss account. The auxiliary ledgers combined with the general ledger present in detail the individual financial accounting processes. The general ledger, the accounts are linked to, shows the current balance.<\/p>\n

Financial document is the central element of the IF module. It contains over 300 fields. Cost control, analysis of the balance of individual accounts, sending reminders to overdue customers, execution of transfers are just some of its functions, which greatly facilitate the preparation of internal or external financial statements. This module also includes SEPA transfers (Single Euro Payments Aera), which facilitate the transfer of funds in euro between the countries of the European Union and Iceland, Norway, Liechtenstein and Switzerland. Our company has carried out a project of implementation of SEPA transfers in the company, whose base included over 40000 contractors. In this project, payments were made in 7 European countries. All local payment formats were replaced by the SEPA format.<\/p>\n
