We have also developed a proprietary solution that allows the users to influence the content of the printout on their own.<\/p>\n

Using a simple mini parser (Rules Manager), the user can set conditions for when a given piece of information is to be placed on the printout, calculate values and change the content on the printout. The solution does not require knowledge of Adobe Forms technology, no SAP transports need to be created, and changes can be made directly in the production system. It can be used after just a short training. With this solution, accountants are able to make changes to forms themselves. Only complicated tasks that require a major form redesign need to be supported by the IT team. Here is an example of the logic in Rules Manager for the Y_INVOICE form:<\/p>\n
