Interface to fiscal data changes in SAP RE-FX

We have created an interface for data changes in SAP RE-FX, which, as a set of SAP system applications, streamlines settlements related to the service of real estate located in different countries. Of course, the program is integrated with individual SAP modules.

The environment enables the introduction of unified fiscal data from real estate systems located in different countries. An important functionality of the program is related to the monthly or annual reports on the balances of accounts of individual branches in a common format for the parent unit. After generating relevant reports, they are processed in the parent unit, which can perform value adjustments, reclassifications between accounts and evaluation of financial results (balance of losses and profits) according to booked values in the prepared chart of accounts. Acceptance of the statement, which is based on the reports, results in the posting of the final amounts in the relevant accounts of the subsidiary and their automatic entry in the general balance sheet of the parent unit.

The program allows for booking items, controlling them and comparing them in SAP FI (Finance).
