Apart from obligatory elements, such as recipient’s data, e-Invoice contains additional information entered according to each customer’s requirements, such as information about the name of the lease objects, their area, bank account logic.
e-Invoice in eDocument Cockpit
Issued documents must be archived, which is made possible by eDocument Cockpit. This flexible accounting ledger offers, among other things, further processing of invoices and checking the current status of all incoming and outgoing electronic documents.

e-Invoices are validated for data completeness and appropriate format in SAP Cloud – BTP.
