Loan management is one of the most important elements of financial management in a medium and large enterprise. To meet the expectations and wishes of even the most demanding customers, we have created a module in the SAP system, which comprehensively manages consumer loans and mortgage-secured loans. Numerous functions are available both in the case of consumer loans and mortgages to enable management of the whole process of granting or taking a loan, from the contract offer, through its conclusion, to including the loan in the company’s financial accounting.

One management application to create and support loans

The SAP system uses a database of modules integrated on the basis of one database. Thanks to this, it allows for control and analysis of all processes taking place in the company. Each loan created in the module offered by our company is connected with the accounting module, which is responsible for the company’s accounting and with the financial and controlling module. Moreover, the integration of the SAP module, which manages loans, with SAP Treasury allows to measure the impact of a loan on the company’s financial liquidity and interest rate risk.

An innovative and unique solution offered by our company consists in moving the application for creating and handling loans to SAP RE-FX module. It manages all the company’s real estate – both those belonging to its infrastructure and those rented for the purpose of generating revenue. The RE-FX module allows for handling new types of mortgages (e.g. surcharges, non-refundable loans), which are used to manage the properties of a given country, indicated by the customer. Linking the settlement of loans with the business partner module, document and print management system increases the functionality of the offered module.
